Our journey began in 1992 when our Founder, John Marcarian, founded his own practice in Sydney.
Focusing on private clients and their globally mobile aspirations, CST Tax Advisors quickly became a specialist in advising clients on tax matters when moving abroad.
EXPANDING INTERNATIONALLY
Our Singapore office opened in 2004, followed closely by our office in Los Angeles in 2010. Our UK office opened in 2020 and, most recently, our New York office.
Today, we focus on managing the cross-border tax affairs of our clients as they move around the globe.
Our staff across the four offices work together on a daily basis to provided integrated tax advice and compliance services to ensure the individual tax circumstances of each client are effectively managed.

John is an International Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant with decades of experience. He has in-depth knowledge of international tax matters for both businesses and globally mobile expats and practices in the United States, Australia and Singapore.
MATTHEW MARCARIAN

As a Chartered Accountant and international tax specialist, Matthew brings more than two decades of experience. He primarily advises clients who are investing or moving across borders. This includes advice for trusts, controlled foreign companies, international taxation and advising Australian businesses expanding overseas.

Geraldine is a qualified accountant with over 20 years of accounting experience. Her unique skillset gives her a cross-border perspective to assist clients across the USA and Australia.

Marcus has a wide array of tax expertise including international tax, having helped non-US individuals and companies navigate the complex US tax environment and US companies manage tax for their foreign subsidiaries.

Australian born with Singaporean heritage, Boon heads up our Singapore office. His specialty lies in providing tax advice regarding the establishment of corporate structures in Singapore, as well as international taxation matters for company founders and expatriate employees entering Singapore.

Su Yen brings 28 years of extensive experience in Singapore and Malaysia. She leads our Tax Compliance practice in Singapore. Su Yen is a strategic tax manager who works directly with both domestic and international clients, from a base in Singapore.
