Our journey began in 1992 when our Founder, John Marcarian, founded his own practice in Sydney.
Focusing on private clients and their globally mobile aspirations, CST quickly became a specialist in advising clients on tax matters when moving abroad.
Our Singapore office opened in 2004, followed closely by our office in Los Angeles in 2010 and most recently our New York office.
THE ROAD TO LONDON
The increasing need of our clients seeking UK tax advice and preparation services led us to open our London office in 2020.
Headed by Richard Feakins, our London office provides services to both local and international clients regarding UK tax matters.
Our staff regularly work across our four offices to provide integrated tax advice and compliance services to our clients, ensuring their local and international tax affairs are professionally managed.

Richard has over 20 years of experience working with clients moving to, living in, or departing the UK.
Born and raised in the UK, Richard has first-hand experience with the challenges expats face by living in New Zealand for over a decade.
Throughout his career, Richard has developed a deep understanding of UK tax issues surrounding residence and domicile, inheritance tax, wealth planning, CGT, and tax compliance for both individuals and businesses.
