Our Dubai office opened in 2022 to service the growing demand for international tax services among the expat community and businesses seeking to establish a presence in a free zone in Dubai.

In recent years, we have grown our digital asset and Web 3.0 accounting focus. Our team has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and needs digital asset and Web 3.0 businesses face with tax, accounting and corporate structuring. With over 20 years of experience in financial markets and trading, Toby has been working with Blockchain and Digital Assets since 2016.
Having initially started his career in London, he has been based in Dubai, UAE since 2009.
AUGUSTO DELA CRUZ
With over 18 years of extensive experience, Augusto is skilled in a range of tax, accounting and auditing services. He has worked with hundreds of clients in the UAE since 2011, and has developed a strong understanding of strategies for dealing with audit risks, tax requirements, and effective financial reporting needs.
ELAINE JUANE
With over 9 years of accounting experience across a broad range of industries, Elaine specialises in management reporting, financial statement preparation, financial analysis, budgeting, and record-to-report and billing processes.
