Our journey began in 1992 when our Founder, John Marcarian, founded his own practice in Sydney.
Focusing on private clients and their globally mobile aspirations, CST quickly became a specialist in advising clients on tax matters when moving abroad.
Our Singapore office opened in 2004, followed closely by our office in Los Angeles in 2010, our London office in 2020 and most recently our New York office.

Our Dubai office opened in 2022 to service the growing demand for international tax services among the expat community and businesses seeking to establish a presence in a free zone in Dubai.
We provide international tax advice and personal structuring services to expats living in Dubai to optimise their international tax position and plan their eventual repatriation back home.
For businesses expanding to Dubai, we provide a full suite of tax and accounting services to establish their business and fully support its operation and growth.
In recent years, we have grown our digital asset and Web 3.0 accounting focus. Our team has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and needs digital asset and Web 3.0 businesses face with tax, accounting and corporate structuring. This enables us to provide niche services to digital asset and Web 3.0 businesses expanding to and operating in Dubai.

Australian born with Singaporean heritage, Boon heads up our Singapore office. His specialty lies in providing tax advice regarding the establishment of corporate structures in Singapore as well as international taxation matters for company founders and expatriate employees entering Singapore.

Matthew is the principal of CST Tax Advisors in Sydney. As a Chartered Accountant and international tax specialist, he brings more than two decades of experience to bear when advising clients who are investing or moving across borders. He holds a Master of Taxation, is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Registered Tax Agent.

Richard has over 20 years of experience working with clients moving to, living in, or departing the UK.
Throughout his career, Richard has developed a deep understanding of UK tax issues surrounding residence and domicile, inheritance tax, wealth planning, CGT, and tax compliance for both individuals and businesses.

Su Yen brings 28 years of extensive experience in Singapore and Malaysia. Su Yen leads CST’s tax compliance practice in Singapore. She is a director who works directly with both domestic and international clients from a base in Singapore.
