Our journey began in 1992 when our Founder, John Marcarian, founded his own practice in Sydney.
Focusing on private clients and their globally mobile aspirations, CST quickly became a specialist in advising clients on tax matters when moving abroad.
THE ROAD TO SINGAPORE
Our Singapore office opened in 2004, initially providing services to expats moving to Singapore or establishing a business in Singapore from Australia.
Since then we have grown our international presence with an office in Los Angeles opening in 2010, followed by London in 2020 and, most recently, an office in New York.
Today, we provide tax and accounting services to companies seeking to establish a presence in Singapore from around the world. Our focus is on managing the tax affairs of global founders moving to Singapore to establish or expand their business.

Australian born with Singaporean heritage, Boon heads up our Singapore office. His specialty lies in providing tax advice regarding the establishment of corporate structures in Singapore, as well as international taxation matters for company founders and expatriate employees entering Singapore.

Su Yen brings 28 years of extensive experience in Singapore and Malaysia. She leads our Tax Compliance practice in Singapore. Su Yen is a strategic tax manager who works directly with both domestic and international clients, from a base in Singapore.
